Spheres of Influence

The more we direct our attention and effort toward what we can reliably influence, the less energy we spend worrying about things that are largely outside our influence. This allows us to use our physical and emotional resources more effectively, in service of what matters to us.

Spheres of Influence Exercise — Take any problem or challenge you are facing and map what you are capable of influencing and what you have little influence over. Let go of those things that you have no influence over, and create a plan to address what you can influence. See the example below.
