Garden View Mental Health provides individual mental health therapy and substance use counseling for adults and adolescents in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Founded by Brian Ellis, LIMHP, LADC, Garden View Mental Health aims to help individuals address mental health concerns and other goals through providing a supportive, non-judgmental space to help you process your challenges and consider possible solution paths. Brian Ellis uses several evidence-based therapies to help clients, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), cognitive-existential therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), schema therapy, and existential therapy / philosophical counseling.

Garden View Mental Health accepts most major insurance providers, including Nebraska Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Healthcare (see full list at the bottom of this page). Low-cost or sliding scale therapy may be provided for students, the uninsured, and those who are experiencing hardship (please email for inquiries).

Services:

Garden View mental health currently offers telehealth (also referred to as teletherapy or video call therapy) only. Telehealth is typically conducted via secure video call, however, a secure phone call may also be used if video is not an option. If you are familiar with platforms like BetterHelp, this is the same way of providing therapy.
